Platform / PNR & Booking Intelligence

PNR and booking context, without switching systems

AERODX integrates with Amadeus and other authorised airline reservation systems to bring PNR, ticket and booking history into a single, searchable context for support and operations teams.

Integrated with Amadeus, not a replacement for it

AERODX does not own or replace Amadeus or any other global distribution and reservation system. It integrates with these systems — where the airline holds the appropriate agreements and API access — to retrieve and consolidate PNR, ticket and booking information for use across support, operations and commercial workflows.

This means support agents, service teams and operations staff can search and view consolidated booking context inside AERODX, without logging into a separate reservation terminal for every enquiry — while the reservation system itself remains the system of record.

Capabilities

What booking intelligence adds to your workflows

Amadeus integration

Authorised API integration retrieves relevant PNR and booking data from Amadeus for connected airlines.

Search by key identifiers

Look up bookings by passenger name, PNR locator, ticket number or other relevant identifiers.

PNR and booking history

A chronological view of a passenger's bookings and ticket activity, not just the current record.

Consolidated booking context

Booking, fare and segment details presented alongside the customer's CRM profile and case history.

Support-agent access

Agents view relevant booking context directly within their service workflow, without switching tools.

Audit history

Access and retrieval activity logged where supported, to support internal governance requirements.

Operational Use

From customer service to operations

Consolidated booking context supports more than call-centre lookups. Operations and service-recovery teams can use the same data to coordinate irregular-operations communication, while commercial teams gain travel-history context for segmentation and marketing — all without duplicating data entry across systems.

  • Faster case resolution for support agents
  • Shared booking context for operations and service recovery
  • Travel history available to commercial and marketing teams
  • Access controlled through role-based permissions

PNR & Booking FAQs

Common questions

Does AERODX require our own Amadeus agreement and access?

Yes. AERODX connects to Amadeus and other reservation systems using the airline's own authorised access and API agreements. AERODX does not provide Amadeus access on your behalf.

Is booking data duplicated or stored separately from the reservation system?

Relevant booking context is retrieved and presented for operational use; the reservation system remains the authoritative system of record. Exact data-handling behaviour is scoped per integration and agreed during onboarding.

Can other reservation or booking systems be connected, not just Amadeus?

Yes. AERODX is designed to integrate with a range of airline reservation systems and booking engines through its API-first architecture, subject to the availability of appropriate access from each system.
